The Alabama Supreme Court on August 25, 2009, announced another increase in court filing fees. The order does not state why it was necessary to raise the costs. Perhaps it was to help pay the bloated salaries paid to Alabama judges?

This is a sign of the times. Everything is rising, including taxes and fees.
