Dr. George Tiller, a doctor in Kansas who performed late-term abortions, was murdered at church this morning. He was shot around 10:00 a.m. at the Reformation Lutheran Church.
In 1993, he survived being shot by an abortion opponent.
At the time of this posting, breaking news indicates a suspect has been taken into custody.
